Ces logements se r\u00e9partissent sur cinq immeubles, comprenant :<\/p>\n \u00cbnnerdaach<\/span> calcule ses redevances d\u2018occupation conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi du 25 f\u00e9vrier 1979 concernant l\u2019aide au logement. Les crit\u00e8res de calcul de loyer du secteur priv\u00e9 tels que la situation g\u00e9ographique, ou l\u2019offre et la demande, n\u2019ont pas d\u2019influence sur la redevance d\u2019occupation. Celle-ci est principalement fix\u00e9e \u00e0 partir des revenus disponibles des usagers.<\/p>\n Les int\u00e9ress\u00e9s ne sont pas libres de choisir parmi les logements. Ceux-ci sont attribu\u00e9s en fonction des besoins r\u00e9els en pi\u00e8ces habitables du m\u00e9nage (nombre d\u2019adultes et nombre d\u2019enfants, \u00e2ge et sexe des enfants). La redevance d\u2019occupation est nettement moins \u00e9lev\u00e9e que le loyer d\u2019un logement du m\u00eame type sur le march\u00e9 immobilier priv\u00e9. L\u2019usager r\u00e9alise donc mensuellement des \u00e9conomies financi\u00e8res non n\u00e9gligeables. \u00cbnnerdaach<\/span> insiste sur le fait que l\u2019argent \u00e9conomis\u00e9 ne soit pas destin\u00e9 \u00e0 une consommation accrue mais soit \u00e9pargn\u00e9 pour mieux faire face aux contraintes de la vie apr\u00e8s le s\u00e9jour dans un logement de l\u2019association, ou \u00e0 la rigueur, soit utilis\u00e9 pour rembourser des dettes existantes.<\/p>\n L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment incontournable de toute convention de partenariat est donc l\u2019\u00e9pargne, respectivement l\u2019acquittement de pr\u00eats.<\/p>\n Notre offre en logements \u00c0 l\u2019heure actuelle, \u00cbnnerdaach met \u00e0 disposition 29 logements. Cependant, si les conditions de la Convention de Partenariat<\/em> sont respect\u00e9es, l\u2019association verse une aide p\u00e9cuniaire \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9ress\u00e9, calcul\u00e9e selon les modalit\u00e9s de calcul et de distribution qui sont fix\u00e9es dans le r\u00e8glement interne.
